Paying more attention to rhythm.
In music. In running. In how things hold over time. Repetition draws me in, not as routine, but as a way to refine what matters.
I care more about how well something is done than how much is done.
Spending more time offline. Moving more. Keeping things simple and sustainable.
Growing a few bonsai. Slowly.
A reminder that some things can’t be rushed.
